Hourly chauffeur hire — also called as-directed hire — means you book a chauffeur and vehicle for a set number of hours and your driver works entirely to your schedule. You decide where to go and when. There is no fixed route or destination, which makes it ideal for multi-stop days, events, shopping trips, or any situation where your plans may change.
Our standard minimum for as-directed hire is 2 hours. We also offer half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8–10 hours) packages. For longer or multi-day engagements, please contact us directly to discuss a bespoke arrangement at a preferential rate.
In most cases, yes. If you wish to extend your booking on the day, simply let your chauffeur know and they will check availability and arrange the extension for you. We always try to accommodate changes where possible. Extensions are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Yes. All fuel costs are included in the hourly rate. Parking charges and London Congestion Charge or ULEZ charges where applicable are also included in our pricing, so there are no unexpected costs added to your bill at the end of the booking.

We track every inbound flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will automatically adjust their arrival time accordingly. For arrivals, we also include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands, giving you plenty of time to clear customs and collect your luggage without any rush.
